Dr Phillip Kent is a senior Research Officer at LKL, which is part of the Faculty of Culture and Pedagogy at the Institute of Education. His main research interests are in designing for learning with mathematical technologies, the use of mathematics in workplaces, and the popularisation of mathematics.
He coordinates the LKL's monthly Maths-Art seminar, and was a local organiser in 2006 for the international conference, Bridges London 2006: Mathematical connections in art, music and science, which took place at the Institute of Education. |
