The UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (Moscow) has launched its new portal at http://iite.unesco.org. LKL's Professor Diana Laurillard has been appointed a member of the Governing Board. As an open platform for the exchange of information on the use of ICTs in education, it will promote collaboration among experts from around the world, thus fulfilling the IITE's commitment to serve as a centre of excellence and provider of technical support and expertise in the area of ICT usage in education.
