Investigations of E-Learning Patterns Formative E-Assessment: Case Studies, Design Patterns and Future Scenarios by Yishay Mor, Harvey Mellar, Norbert Pachler and Caroline Daly is a chapter in the new book Investigations in E-Learning Patterns, published by IGI Global.

The chapter presents findings from the JISC funded project ėScoping a vision for formative e-assessmentķ (FEASST). The project was motivated by the increasing recognition of the importance of formative assessment and the need to identify effective strategies for incorporating it into e-learning.
