Planet (Pattern Language Network) is offering one or two intern opportunities for students of computer science or related fields. Planet is developing a system for teams to collaboratively capture and structure design knowledge in education. This system utilises advanced web2.0 technologies and is based on the pattern language paradigm. London Knowlege Lab's Yishay Mor is leading the technological design and development for Planet. Interns will contribute to the exploration of novel forms of knowledge representation, organisation and visualisation in this domain. A solid knowledge of a high level programming language (e.g. Java) is essential, as is a creative approach to web development. Please note that this is not a paid position.
