The project, "An Investigation of Mobile Learning for Formative Assessment and Reflective Practice in Postgraduate Medical Education" began in June 2012 and is a collaboration between the London Knowledge Lab and King's College Hospital, funded by the Higher Education Academy . The aim of the project is to improve postgraduate medical trainees' learning experience by developing an innovative mobile intervention to support supervisors' formative assessment practices and encourage trainees' reflection on - and ownership of - their own learning practices. The outcomes will contribute to the evidence base on the use of mobile learning in postgraduate medical education.

The team members are Niall Winters (PI) and Simon Broughton (KCH).
