"...we can design personalised technology which, courtesy of artificial intelligence, is sensitive to what learners know and how they work, and can adapt to optimise the feedback they receives. We are already used to computers that know our favourite websites, recommend what to listen to or read, and predict our text messages. This is just the tip of the iceberg: in the future, computers will know enough about us to offer a personalised learning, adapted to our strengths and styles. They can learn from us about how best to help us learn."

As previously, the event will consist of short presentations, then the chance to try out some of the current technologies and prototypes. The session will conclude with a facilitated discussion and will also offer attendees the chance to meet and to chat to like minded others and to the people whose ideas are behind the research.

Please see a report for further information you can also see tools at a glance and the report references.
