This seminar will examine the
government's new model of Public Service Reform and what it means for education,
and invite discussion of ideas for an alternative approach. A draft copy of the
report by Frank Coffield,
Gemma Moss, Richard Steer,
Anna Vignoles and Carol Vincent will be sent a few days in advance to
all who register for this seminar, the task of which is to improve the quality
of the argument.
