Overview

Leading from the Middle (LftM) is a national professional development programme for middle leaders, supported by an in-school leadership coach. The programme supports and challenges middle leaders to develop leadership skills using a blend of face-to-face development, in-school coaching, online learning and practical school-based activities.

Core learning activities and administrative support are provided face-to-face. Additional online tasks and support are organised in between sessions as follow up or preparation for the sessions, e.g. to keep communication and focus in between sessions.
