The first in a series of workshops being organised as part of a one-year project which has just started at the Institute Of Education. The project is aimed at making distance education - particularly online - courses accessible to disabled students.
Dr Seale has carried out a lot of research in this area and gives a presentation based on her recently published book: E-Learning and Disability in Higher Education. Accessibility research and practice. Dr Seale is a Senior Lecturer in Educational Innovation in Higher Education at Southampton University.
